Entrepreneurship at the service of our clients — a passion at the heart of our family history for four generations!
The story of our company is above all a journey of values, the transmission of know-how, but most importantly, of a way of being. We are proud of our entrepreneurial heritage, started nearly sixty years ago by my grandparents! Hoteliers and restaurateurs in Massongy on my mother’s side, and on my father’s side, a fisherman on Lake Geneva and a vendor of oysters or ice cream depending on the season, on Corzent beach in Thonon… Our ancestors always worked hard to offer quality service and products. They loved their professions and cared deeply about building closeness with their clients.
Their passion for their craft, their vision of local business, and their work ethic have been passed down from generation to generation and are firmly rooted in us.

Real estate entered our family thanks to my father Claude, who built his first apartment building in 1979. He developed Bailet Immobilier until his retirement in 2000. I joined him in 1995 and naturally took over from there. I have always been fascinated by this profession, especially for its multidisciplinary nature and the strong human relationships it requires every day.
I later founded my own company, choosing to focus exclusively on real estate development. My daughter Marie joined the company in 2009 as a sales representative to gain hands-on experience in France. Then, following the creation of two agencies in Dubai and Kuwait in 2010, she moved there in 2013 to manage and expand the sale of French properties to Middle Eastern clients. This was an incredibly formative experience, working with a demanding and affluent clientele, which required delivering impeccable service. Back in France, Marie continues to manage the agencies remotely while also overseeing all aspects of our sales operations — from market research to apartment sales.
Meanwhile, my wife Bernadette founded in 2011 a concierge service dedicated to managing second homes around Lake Geneva, under the name Bailet Privilèges Services. Formerly a nurse, she had always been driven by the desire to take care of people’s well-being — which naturally gave birth to this concierge service. My other daughter, Juliette, a certified public accountant by training, joined us in 2018. She works alongside me in project coordination, with a particular focus on technical and financial management.
Today, the adventure continues with just as much passion, and I am delighted to be accompanied by my two daughters, each with their own unique backgrounds and personalities. Together, with our loyal team by our side for many years, we are committed to continuing the development of Bailet Group.

Every project is unique. It always begins with a special connection to the land. Our love for our region has led us to focus our activity here in Haute-Savoie, mainly in the stunning valleys of our surrounding mountains as well as around the Lake Geneva basin. Our goal is to respect this natural setting by creating thoughtful, sustainable buildings, in harmony with their environment — favoring wood and stone within well-considered and adapted architecture.
The phrase “builder of emotions” inspired us because it symbolically expresses the way we live our profession on a daily basis.

- The enthusiasm when we meet with landowners and learn their story, or when future buyers share their dreams with us, fueling our desire to bring them closer to reality.
- The determination and perseverance needed to overcome the inevitable challenges of each project, always finding solutions and adapting quickly — no construction site is ever lived in the same way.
- The motivation and strength we draw from teamwork with all the skilled professionals, employees, and partners involved.
- The pride at the time of delivery, after months of hard work, when we see the initial sketch transformed into reality — a completed building, seamlessly integrated into its surroundings.
